• QuickSize does NOT collect, store, upload, or transmit any images, personal data, or usage metrics to any external servers or third parties.*
• 100% Offline & Local Processing:* All image cropping, resizing, fitting, format conversion (WebP/PNG/JPG), and compression are performed strictly on your local browser using HTML5 Canvas APIs. Your images never leave your computer.
• Local Storage Only:* User settings and preferences (such as export format or default quality) are stored locally on your device using Chrome's chrome.storage.local API.
• No Remote Tracking:* We do not track your activity, collect analytics, or communicate with external servers.

## 3. Permissions Used

QuickSize requests only the minimum required permissions to function properly:

• storage: Used to save and load your preferred export settings (format, quality preference) locally.
• clipboardRead: Used to allow you to paste images directly from your system clipboard into the editor using Ctrl+V / Cmd+V.

Because no data is ever transmitted or collected, we do not share, sell, trade, or transfer any user data or images to third parties.
